1. Podcasts

This is my favourite thing to do whilst working, my favourite Podcasts at the moment are ASOS Likes and Girl Boss both can be found on Apple Podcasts or via the websites.

2.   Youtube Videos  Listen NOT watch, unless you want to get fired that is. 

I guess this is treating a YT video like a podcast.

3.  Music Listen to your favourite album.  I find that I'm more productive when I'm plugged in listen to music, it takes me away from any possible distraction.

4. Reclaim your Lunch break!! #reclaimyourlunchbreak is a phrase coin by the people behind my favourite free magazine, Stylist.

Reclaiming your lunch break can be done in a variety of ways. Personally I like to spend 15mins eating, 25 mins replying to personal emails and browsing the internet and 20mins reading.
